Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Registered mail + delivery confirmation, with tracking and requires signature. If you prefer delivery by EMS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied.

If you prefer delivery by DHL Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at our own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We ship worldwide (except several countries without tracking service from abroad). Usually the packs are being shipped "registered + delivery confirmation" to all countries.

Shipping to countries NOT aforementioned above is accepted, however we stronly  recommend using ONLY shipping by EMS or DHL.

Boxes and envelopes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

United States:

USPS quited this service from Israel to the United States. The only shipping options are Priority mail and EMS.

They provide tracking services ONLY for PRIORITY MAIL and EMS. Therefore, customers from U.S. MUST use the PRIORITY MAIL option or EMS EXPRESS.

We are shipping to ALL the European countries! Please read the paragraph below.

WE are not shipping to these locations as they have no tracking post service.

Parcel lost in transits rarely happen. If you do not receive item/s within the aforementioned time, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We do offer postage discount for multiple purchases to several products - not to all , therefore please check before purchasing.
